Babita Bhatt is a Senior Lecturer in the Research School of Management at The Australian National university. Her migration-related research interests include a concern with social cohesion, social capital, social enterprises, and the sharing economy. Her work focuses on the role played by innovative business models in addressing societal challenges. In particular, she uses social capital and capability approaches to explore the interaction between organisational hybridity, resource constraints, and social complexity and their effects on social outcomes.
