Telusa Tu'i'onetoa is a Ph.D. candidate at ANU, previously with the Crawford School of Public Policy and now in the Department of Pacific Affairs. She has 16 years of experience in the Australian aid program in Tonga, focusing on education, health, governance, disaster management, gender, and disability programs. She also served as a response coordinator for the UN in Tonga after Tropical Cyclone Gita in 2018. Telusa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the South Pacific and a Masters of Public Policy from ANU.
