Catherine Frieman is an Associate Professor in European Archaeology at The Australian National University. She holds a BA in Archaeology from Yale and a Master’s and Doctorate from Oxford University. Her expertise spans prehistoric mobility, innovation, ancient genetics, and technology studies. She is the author of An Archaeology of Innovation and co-editor of Migration Narratives in Archaeology.
